The foundation: Sanabah Suspended Ceilings Factory
Suspended ceiling manufacturing begins — and with it a reputation for quality control and client satisfaction that Jawdah still builds on.

About Jawdah Industrial
Jawdah Industrial manufactures and supplies the building systems behind projects across Saudi Arabia — sandwich panels, metal and gypsum ceilings, drywall, access panels, PVC films and stainless steel — building on the suspended ceiling manufacturing that Sanabah began in 2001.
Who we are
Jawdah Industrial Co. Ltd. was established in 2010 as a joint venture with Sanabah Suspended Ceilings Factory — a manufacturer that had been earning recognition for quality control and client satisfaction since 2001. That inheritance still defines us: a factory-first company that judges its products by how they perform once they are installed.
From that base, Jawdah grew beyond manufacturing into supply, contracting and sub-contracting, and has been awarded contracts by renowned clients in the Kingdom and abroad — work won on disciplined time management and consistent quality control.
Behind us stands a group of companies with three generations of experience manufacturing and supplying suspended ceilings for interior fit-out — deep, practical knowledge of the product and of the industrial process that makes it.

What we do
Our own factories produce panels, ceilings, gypsum and stainless steel products.
Complete systems — tiles, grids, boards, frames and accessories — from one source.
Delivering packages directly for clients who want one accountable partner.
Working inside the main contractor's programme, to their drawings and dates.
Our journey
Jawdah did not start with a brand; it started with a production line. Each stage since has added something a project can rely on — first manufacturing discipline, then the capacity to take on bigger contracts, then the reach to serve sites across the country.

Growth
Contracts from renowned clients at home and abroad, and a range that grows beyond ceilings into sandwich panels, gypsum and drywall systems, access panels, PVC films and stainless steel.
Today
Our own factories, 8 branches in 7 regions of the Kingdom, 600+ people, 15+ products, and a project record spanning healthcare, education, hospitality, government, commercial and residential buildings.
Our promise
We hold ourselves to one standard: products and service that go beyond what the client expected. We reach it through continuous improvement and innovation, by investing in our people and our processes, and by treating quality, reliability and professionalism as non-negotiable. That is how growth stays sustainable — and how trust is kept.
To supply the best quality building materials — driven by three commitments that reinforce each other.
Leading innovation
Developing products and processes, not only reselling them.
Highly satisfied customers
The standard every project is held to.
Highly motivated employees
Because quality is made by people who care about it.
To maintain a leading position in the Middle East in producing and developing building material products.
Keep developing the range
Products that answer what projects need next.
Serve every sector's ambition
From hospitals and schools to towers and housing.
Expand vertically
Into manufacturing the raw materials our industry relies on.
Our values
Our values are not a poster on the wall. Each one describes something a client should be able to notice when they work with us.
Sales, production, quality and logistics working to one delivery plan.
Straight answers on specifications, availability and lead times.
When we confirm a date or a specification, we hold to it.
Every order has an owner, from enquiry to delivery.
For clients, colleagues, partners and the sites we work on.
Every project challenge has a workable answer — we look for it.
Clear, early updates, so nobody is surprised on site.
We learn the project before we recommend the product.
Custom sizes, finishes and schedules when the project calls for them.
Technical help from specification through to installation.
How we work
Values become culture only when they are built into how work is organised. These are the habits that make Jawdah predictable to work with.

Quality-driven operations
A QA/QC manager leads dedicated quality assurance and quality control engineers inside our structure. Quality is a function with its own people — not a final glance at the end of the line.
Manufacturing expertise
Our production draws on three generations of suspended ceiling manufacturing — practical knowledge of the product and of the industrial process behind it.

Customer-first mindset
Our projects, specification and sales engineers work with consultants and contractors to match each system to the design and the site — before anything is produced.
Operational discipline
Our contracts were won on time management and quality control. Procurement, store control and logistics each have an owner, so a promised date stays a real date.
Highly satisfied customers and highly motivated employees are not two goals. They are the same goal, seen from both sides.
Organisational strength
One general manager, and functions that each own a defined part of the journey from enquiry to site. Clear ownership is what lets a large organisation still move like a focused one.
Authorized and paid-up capital of SAR 10 million, supported by strong relationships with the banking sector, enabling access to letters of guarantee, credit facilities, and documentary credits in accordance with project requirements.
Part of a wider group
Provides complete building-services solutions, from design to maintenance, including HVAC control systems, building energy management systems, lighting controls, green building solutions and electrical, control and mechanical items. Its range also includes power and control panels and variable frequency drive solutions, as well as supply, installation, handover, maintenance and automation services.
Building better
Every Jawdah product line exists to solve a real building problem — heat, noise, access, wear, finish. Here is what each one brings to a finished space.

Jawdah wall sandwich panels are insulated wall elements made of two metal facings with a polyisocyanurate (PIR) core, supplied for wall cladding, façades, partitions and insulated building envelopes across Saudi Arabia.

Ministries, national institutions, developers and contractors have relied on Jawdah systems in hospitals, universities, hotels, towers and housing across the Kingdom.
Quality assurance
Jawdah's management systems were assessed by IQR International Certification Services, an IAS-accredited certification body, against three international standards — covering the production and sales of gypsum decor, T-grid and drywall systems, polyurethane sandwich panels, aluminium tiles and stainless steel sinks and toilets.
Certification sets the framework; our own QA/QC team applies it every day, with dedicated quality assurance and quality control engineers.
