What industrial molds and tooling do
A mold or tool gives a material its final shape in production: molten plastic or metal fills a mold cavity, a heated sheet is formed against a mold, or a press tool cuts and forms sheet metal. Because the same tool repeats the same shape, tooling is what makes consistent series production possible.
General process information. What applies to your part is confirmed by Jawdah's engineering team for each request.
Jawdah capability
The range covers plastic injection molds, plastic blow molds, vacuum thermoforming molds, tool press tooling, punch and die sets and high pressure die casting, together with customized spare parts.
Each mold type is developed from its design, through the mold itself, to the sample parts it produces. Supplying replacement and customized parts helps industrial clients keep production running and reduces the risk of delays caused by unavailable or damaged parts.
Engineering and reverse engineering support
When a customer has a final product sample but no complete drawings, the team studies the sample's dimensions and function and prepares the manufacturing process through reverse engineering.
Mold maintenance and modification
Maintenance and modification help extend mold life, improve production quality and adapt existing molds to new product or production requirements, which can reduce downtime.
Services in this family

Plastic Injection Molds
Molds for accurate plastic components and for hollow plastic products.

Plastic Blow Mold
Plastic blow molds are used to manufacture hollow plastic products and related production parts. Blow molding, in general, inflates a heated plastic preform inside a mold so that it takes the shape of a hollow part such as a bottle, a container or a duct.

Vacuum Thermoforming Mold
Molds for forming plastic sheets into required shapes.

Tool Press
Press tooling for metal forming and production support.

Punch + Die
Punches and dies for cutting, shaping and forming.

High Pressure Die Casting
Die casting molds for producing metal parts.

Spare Parts (Customized)
Spare parts made to client requirements, machine needs and drawings.

Molds Maintenance
Maintenance that extends mold life and supports production.

Molds Modification
Adapting existing molds to new product or production requirements.
Why custom tooling matters
General process information. What applies to your part is confirmed by Jawdah's engineering team for each request.
- Repeatable part geometry in series production
- A tool designed around the part's own shape
- Production that can continue locally
- Tooling that can be maintained and modified later

Frequently asked questions
What types of molds does Jawdah provide?
Plastic injection molds, plastic blow molds, vacuum thermoforming molds, tool press tooling, punch and die sets and high pressure die casting molds, plus customized spare parts.
Can Jawdah manufacture from a product sample?
Yes. If you have a final product sample, the team studies its dimensions and function through reverse engineering and prepares the manufacturing process.
Does Jawdah support mold maintenance?
Yes. Jawdah's technicians inspect, repair and maintain molds so that production can restart as soon as possible.
Can existing molds be modified?
Yes. A changed product requirement does not always need a new mold; Jawdah can modify an existing mold, for example by adding mold parts or adjusting dimensions.
Where is Jawdah's industrial operation located?
Jawdah's molds and spare parts factory is in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
