Overview
The range offers seven perforation patterns, PE-01 to PE-07; this page is PE-03, the Circle pattern. The others are PE-01, PE-02, PE-04, PE-05, PE-06, PE-07, all listed under acoustic gypsum boards within Jawdah’s gypsum boards.
Perforation diameter, open area, board size and acoustic backing are supplied in the data sheet; this page states the pattern and its place in the range.
The Circle pattern
PE-03 perforates the board face in a circle pattern. A perforated gypsum board with an acoustic fleece backing absorbs sound through its perforations, which is why perforated boards are used on ceilings and walls of rooms that need acoustic control.
